Hello! this week we will be continuing to read the novel HOLES. We will be adding to our Plot Line, Character chart, and Time Line as we read. We will also be discussing the specific literature structures Problem/Solution and Cause/Effect. Don't forget that this week is Student-Led Conferences on Tuesday and Wednesday Afternoons. Here is this weeks schedule:
Mon. 2/22: Review Section 3 Vocabulary; Discuss Problem/Solution and Cause/Effect; No homework
Tues. 2/23 and Wed. 2/24: Read and discuss Section 3 of HOLES; add to Plot Line, Character chart, and Time Line
Thur. 2/25: Finish Section 3 discussion; Reading Day
